We are a friendly, welcoming club and cater for all abilities – from recreational athletics to national level.
We have a number of training sessions throughout the week covering all aspects of athletics from body conditioning to endurance, cross country and field events.
As a club we are highly competitive but also want our youngsters to enjoy athletics at their own level and pace. We encourage all members to “have a go” and enjoy the sport.
Please view the training sessions page for a list of all training times and days.
New members are always warmly welcomed. Please click here for a brief club introduction.
Please see below the next 4 upcoming events.
